Rockcreek Place Homeowner Association dues are currently $450 and paid annually in January. Contact the treasurer for the status of the dues for your home.
Annual dues are used to:
- Provide lawn service for the front of all homes as well as the common areas (creek area, parking area on Ridgedale and Rockcreek Lane, and the grass areas on Ohio and Hedgecoxe.)
- Pay water bill for the common areas
- Liability Insurance
- Fund committee activities
